Andrew Clement has been contributing to the JSR308 code generation project
and to the broader Java 8 implementation work in eclipse for the last few
months.
Andrew has demonstrated fully well his ability to work very independently,
starting from grasping complex parts of the specification to, interfacing
with the spec commitee via the observers list to raise issues, engaging the
team in discussions through bugzilla, coming up with high quality
implementation that is complete with numerous tests that exercise and
establish the implementation correctness.
Andy brings with him a wealth of experience in broader Java related
technologies and platforms and would be a terrific asset for us.
