The Equinox team is requesting that we contribute a newer build to the Kepler release train RC2 build at the end of this week. This is to address a severe bug found in SAT4J over the weekend that affects both Tycho and Platform p2 use cases. A new version of SAT4J was created on Sunday, and IP approval went through on Monday. We have a build available from Sunday night that includes the new version of SAT4J (I20130526-2000), but it is otherwise very similar to our original RC2 build (a few other fixes went in, but under RC3 rules of engagement with heavy review). >From discussion with David, the cleanest way to do this is to promote I20130526-2000 as RC2a, and contribute that to the aggregation build for Kepler RC2.
