+1 to have one Git repo per ACL (Unix group).

[eclipse-pmc] Granularity of git repos

As we prepare for the migration of our repositories from CVS to git this
summer, one of the issues under discussion has been the granularity of the
new git repos.  The consensus on this bug seems to be to map one unix
group to one git repo.

I'd like to ask for the PMC to provide their input on this issue. I'm in
the process of testing the migration process so it would be great to have
agreement on this issue in the near future.
