The e4 move review in anticipation of the Eclipse 4.0 release has been
successful (see [1]). As a result, we will be moving 17 bundles to the
Eclipse Platform project.

Bogdan is one of the e4 committers who worked on the CSS styling support,
tab folder rendering, and the new look of the Eclipse 4.0 SDK. Since the
bundles he was working on are moving to Platform UI, I am nominating Bogdan
