I should clarify my last message since
its last line implies otherwise, a PMC +1 is needed in order for Olivier
to commit the corrections to apiexclude/exclude_list.txt . This would
be an acknowledgement that these are not considered to be API changes,
even though they appear to be to the API tooling.

Please respond to
[eclipse-pmc] swt addition of @noreference
tags in HEAD
SWT added @noreference tags to various methods and fields in HEAD recently.
These methods and fields have all had loud "Do not use"
javadoc for years, but the tags were added for the benefit of Eclipse's
API tooling (bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=305742 ).
I added entries for these changes to releng's apiexclude/exclude_list.txt,
but apparently used the wrong bundle identifier, so these changes have
shown up in the nightly build's post-3.6M6 API report ( http://fullmoon.ottawa.ibm.com/downloads/drops/N20100414-2000/apitools/report.html
This is just a notification that these do not represent actual API changes
in swt. They are all just cases of @noreference being added to non-API
fields and methods, and were not intended to appear in the post-3.6M6 API
