GOALS/BENEFITS:

A new style constant SWT.SHEET has been added recently. Without adding
new API in JFace, clients who are currently using convenience methods on
MessageDialog and MessageDialogWithToggle would not be able to open these
dialogs as sheets.

The new API consists of two new methods and two new constants.
