Martin note that this list incorrectly
includes many people who do not have rights on compare I am a Platform
UI committer but I show up on that list. If you look at the people who
actually have rights you have most if not all of them.

Huh, 

8 committers from 12 not voting within a week?

Is it time to prune some inactive committers, i.e. move them to
"committer emeritus" status? That should be easy to do in the
portal...
