He has been contributing to our component for over 6 months now, meeting
the team quality requirements.
He notably worked on performance and scalability issues for the 3.3
release, helping narrowing problems on monster scenarii.
He also helped a lot on verifying our various deliveries.
Over time he started owning the compiler javadoc support, and now is in the
process of owning the entire code formatter,
where the first challenge will be to merge an external javadoc formatter
into it.
