[eclipse-pmc] PMC approval needed for committer vote for Uttaran Dutta

eclipse PMC Members,
Voting is complete for Uttaran Dutta to receive full Committer status on
the swt component of the eclipse.platform project. As a PMC member, you can

Uttaran Dutta was nominated by Silenio Quarti as follows: 
Uttaran has initiated and worked for integration and support of Eclipse on
Z (s390/s390x) with Eclipse 3.3 GA
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=171518.  He is a team member
of "Application Development tools for Linux on Z" and has access to
s390/s390x machines. In order to contribute to the fragments
org.eclipse.swt.gtk.linux.s390 and org.eclipse.swt.gtk.linux.s390x and to
compile their libraries he would require the commit rights for those
fragments.
