For 3.3M7 we'd like to request permission to implement
the following  
feature.

[DataBinding] Multiple validation statuses per binding
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=169637

The expectations are that this will not require new API and will be  
passive to most if not all consumers.  The only issue that could  
arise would be if a consumer is returning IStatus.WARNING or  
IStatus.INFO from a validator and expects it to terminate the  
process.  This is an unlikely use case.
