SWT would like PMC approval for the following feature
work in 3.3 M7

* Need to draw text selection using native functionality 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=179368)


StyledText assumes that the selection can be drawn with a filled
rectangle and this is false on Windows Vista. We would like to 
draw the selection properly on all platforms.
