[eclipse-pmc] API request: AbstractColumnLayout connect LayoutData and Column

REQUEST:
We would like to request an API change to an API we introduced in 3.3M6
to use layouts for Tables and Trees. We'd like to connect the columns
and the layout data which has the benefit that users could easily
add/delete columns and modify layout data assigned to a column.

RISKS:
Low because we only have one known customer JDT and can coordinate with
them.
