I filled out the Mirror Site Request Form around a month ago to add a mirror at University of Maryland.
(We have thousands of students on campus downloading Eclipse, and since we'd like to offer them a local mirror, we decided that we may as well make it a public one since we have the bandwidth (20Gbps). Students are all trying to download Eclipse all at once in first week of September and the last week of January when the new semesters begin, so downloads from the existing mirrors can take forever.)
The instructions on the form say to expect a reply from the webmaster saying that we have been allowed access to the master rsync service, but we have not yet received any reply.
We have completed our initial mirroring from OSUOSL's mirror, but we'd like to switch to the primary server if we can, and we'd like to be added to the list of mirrors.
Because the email address I use to subscribe to this list is not the address I used on the request form, here is the information from the form:
