1- Your mirror is listed at
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downloads/release/neon/3/eclipse-jee-neon-3-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz&format=xml

There were some bad samples in our stability trends that were weighing
your mirror down. I have removed them.

2- Run RSYNC with --delete-before (takes longer), or --ignore-errors (my
preference) to make sure your mirror is cleaned up of deleted files
regularly.
