I've updated your record and our rsync configs to use 103.22.220.13 for the KAIST mirror.

Currently, ftp.kaist.ac.kr is bound to both IP addresses, but 143.248.234.110 doesn't have enough bandwidth. So IP address must be replaced to new one.
