We've been receiving the following error during our rsync for the pastfew days:

rsync: send_files failed to open "/stem/update-site/.project" (ineclipse): Permission denied (13)

Any chance the permissions can be corrected? We sync fromftp.osuosl.org, in case this isn't a problem on the master Eclipseservers.
