I've opened a ticket with our ISP to investigate poor performance from
Eclipse.org <-> European mirrors. From my own observations I
seem to get adequate performance from mirrors that are within North
America, but crossing the pond is another story. This likely affects
your RSYNC performance with us.
Below are some quick wget commands I've used. I'll keep you informed
of the outcome of all this.
