[eclipse-mirrors] Local net only mirror access.

I am still stumped on this one. We have a few labs where the machines do not
have access to the internet (and in most cases the internet's DNS). The eclipse
mirroing seems to be, you request the mirror from mirror.eclipse.org and it
returns the mirror.internal.com site to use.

Other than hand typing the mirror.internal.com into each eclipse what should be
done?
