The Eclipse Platform Releng team have kindly dropped Eclipse 3.1.2 ondownload.eclipse.org. Although it's only a minor release, we're delayingthe public availability so that mirrors can RSYNC with us. Those of youthat have the ability to RSYNC manually are invited to do so.
