|Re: [eclipse-dev] Committer disagreement resolution guidelines|
legaly"conflicts resolved by majority vote of the Committers of the Project or component, as applicable" "Special rules may be established by the PMC for Projects or components with fewer than three Committers"
This Project has more then three Committers. So this PMC is not allowed to establish special commit rules. The PMC is not allowed to take final decision on commits against the majority vote of the Committers as claimed in your new guideline.

Hey everyone,We have seen a number of heated discussions lately and after discussion at the PMC meeting today we decided to write some guidance on how resolutions should happen to prevent escalation. Please read it at https://github.com/eclipse-platform/.github/wiki/PMC-project-guidelines#committer-disagreement-resolution .
Also a reminder to keep an eye on the part regarding commit messages. This one is equally important. Read at https://github.com/eclipse-platform/.github/wiki/PMC-project-guidelines#commit-messages .
Please act accordingly so we can all have calmer and more friendly environment to work in!
