[eclipse-dev] Sonar jobs and configs

Eclipse foundation Sonar service has been shutdown [1].

We have fixed sonar maven plugin version to ancient one so it worked with this ancient version of the server [2]. 

We also have a bunch of jenkins jobs that simply fail:

Does anyone plan to do the migration to sonarcloud.io?? If not I would like to get rid of the plugin from the parent pom and remove the failing jobs. Keeping all these "used to work in the past" things just make it harder to keep track of what works now.
