[eclipse-dev] UI Freeze Monitor

Friends of Eclipse,

As of todays SDK build, new workspace will have the UI freeze monitor
active. See screenshot below. This setting is only set for the SDK
build, so EPP will not be affected.

For existing workspaces, I suggest you activate it to help solving UI
freezes before our users experience them. If you have a UI freeze,
check the Error view of the selected trace samples.
