Re: [eclipse-dev] No requirement to create a bug report for clean-up patches

Please keep in mind that all simple changes must not be sneaked in real bug fixes. With this new process it becomes easier to first clean up the code and then do the real fix (or the other way around).

Friends of Eclipse,

The PMC has clarified that for clean-up patches no bug report is
required. You can of course optionally create one, if you like.

I hope this will make it easier for everyone to quickly fix things
like typos, compiler warnings, deprecation warnings and the like.

Best regards, Lars
