Some people are very keen on removing things
that they think are no longer relevant. I don't know whether that document
was never moved to Git or whether it got deleted later from
http://git.eclipse.org/c/www.eclipse.org/eclipse.git/tree/platform-ui

I'm trying to locate this document:

thought they might be in:
