Correct.

The good news is, that we already have
code to detect all bundles that missed to do it, and this will go into
a releng test (see bug below). Help welcome.

It is important to update the version
number in both streams when a first change is made, because if that's not
done correctly, we might end up with bundles that have a higher version
in an M-build than in an N- or I-build.

Following the rules of semantic versioning the new bundle
version depends on what is changed.

Simply updating all bundle versions to whatever isn't helpful.
