Time is flying, and according to the

our Oxygen M1 week starts this Monday, with the usual
- warm-up I-build on Sunday evening
- final fixes on Monday
- test day on Tuesday
- fix day on Wednesday
- verification and sign-off on Thursday

Please coordinate with your component lead and provide your "New and 
Noteworthy" items for Eclipse Oxygen (4.7) M1 by Wednesday, August 3, 
end-of-day.

Please push your items directly to the Git repository:
