... And note that some non-EPL licenses infer obligations beyond the
"about.html" file in your plugin. The Apache license, for instance, 
requires that the statement

   "This product includes software developed by the
    Apache Software Foundation http://www.apache.org/";

is visible in an about dialog (which typically means that you have
to add this statement to the about.ini of the branding plugin
associated with the feature "including" your plugin).

Long story short, if 3rd party code was added in the 3.6 timeframe,
double-check the license obligations and ask your local component
lead or PMC if in doubt.
