JDT UI:
- performance investigations: fixed a leak, filed bugs, accepted slight
regression due to fix in search for references
- made last new APIs: RefactoringSaveHelper, JUnitCore.findTestTypes(..)
- released toString() generator

Platform Text and JDT Text:
- finished 'Open Implementation' hyperlink detector
- continued work on adding 'Show in Properties File' action to NLS key hover
- reviewed and committed Java Compare patches

- moved some preference constants to API (bug 267438)
