Performances:
- 3.4.1 tests results (M20080911-1700):
- fixed several bugs around generation
- results are OK now for 3.4.1 :-)
- hopefully 3.5 perf tests should be restarted next week

JDT UI:

- folding/projection: first key stroke is no longer eaten
- fixed content assist performance issue (no longer call JDT Core code
assist twice)
- looked at first cut of StyledText block selection and discussed it with
SWT

Platform Search:

- improved handling of 'Selected resources' scope when Search dialog is
opened
