[eclipse-dev] Technically breaking API change in org.eclipse.ui.carbon

It has come to our attention that the CarbonUIEnhancer class in the  
org.eclipse.ui.carbon fragment has been living in an API package since  
inception.  It is our desire to now move this class to an internal  
package.  Bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=226972 is  
open to track the request for this change.  The rational for this is  
that there is no meaningful way this class could conceivably be used  
directly and beyond that it has likely been "broken" every release  
since it has first appeared - we have never at any point worked on  
this class with the idea of it being API in mind.  If there are  
objections to this change please post them on the above mentioned bug.
