PDE 
- The New Plug-in Project wizard now supports a workflow to create 
headless RCP applications. 
- A Hello world headless RCP template was added. 
- Plug-in working sets can now participate in builds, view filtering, 
searches, etc. 
- 3.1.1 and 3.2 bug fixing 
- 3.2 M2 plan will be up this afternoon. 

Install/Update

JDT/UI 
- finishing 3.1.1 bug fixing 
- Relax refactoring's closed world assumption 
  o implemented first version of refactoring recording infrastructure

  o Continued on split refactoring storyboard 
- Started work on supporting grouping/filtering of changes in preview 
  page (for example allow showing all textual changes only)
