Check out the Java SDK provided by SUN. The Latest SDK on www.sun.com is
1.4.2_04, download that.

-> Subject: [eclipse-dev] eclipse v3.0 on linuxPPC
->
-> Hey all,
->
-> (if this is the wrong forum, or if there is a searchable archive I've
-> missed, please point me in the right direction)
->
-> I would like to run Eclipse v3.0 on my linuxPPC laptop. However IBM
-> offers only a v1.4.1 JDK and Eclipse 3.0 requires v1.4.2.
->
-> How critical is the 1.4.2 requirement? Am I safe munging the build
to
-> accept my v1.4.1 JDK? Is there another alternative I'm missing?
->
->
-> Thanks,
