[eclipse-dev] Correction: Nightly build -is- usable with new workspace

Actually, it's not as bad as I thought. Opening editors works OK on a new
workspace. I believe that this NPE only occurs when opening a (very) old
workspace.
Eclipse SDK developers, please use the nightly build if you can.
If there are blocking problems, please send a note to eclipse-dev. If
anybody else is seeing the NPE mentioned below, please make a note in the
PR.

Nightly build is unusable due to NPE in EditorDescriptor.loadValues

The UI team is investigating and will provide a patched workbench.jar as
soon as possible.
In the meantime, developers can work with I20031105, loading the following
modules (as a minimum) from HEAD and running their target with:
-application org.eclipse.ui.ide.workbench:
- platform-ui
- platform-help
The Core plug-ins can be imported from binary.
