[eclipse-dev] Eclipse 2.1.2 build schedule

The build schedule has been updated
to reflect upcoming 2.1.2 maintenance builds.  The schedule can be
viewed here:

In a nutshell, 2.1.2 builds will take
place every Wedneday afternoon at 2 pm EDT starting September 10. 

Teams making contributions to Eclipse
2.1.2 should update plugin versions to 2.1.2 and inform feature owners
of plugin version changes since we are using the older build mechanism
which requires manual updating of plugin versions in features.
