Also, you're able to change some colour schemes such as editor backgrounds in Window -> Preferences.

Hello,
 
please could anybody tell me  what to do not to have all the Eclipse background in dark gray. In Windows XP it looks nice only the menu is gray and other background is white. All other linux apps look fine, only Eclipse is all in dark gray.
 
System: Eclipse 2.1; Redhat 8.0
