Hello,
Instead of trying to shrink eclipse, maybe you should simply download the "platform runtime binary drop"
which contains only the binary for the platform.
It does not contain JDT nor PDE.
If you want to do the shrinkage by hand, you need to suppress all the plugins that are included into the features
that are of no interest for you.

Hi all,
I'm an computer engineering undergraduate in Srilanka.
I have developded a set of plugins to work as a product at the eclipse workbench.
But I dont know how to make it a standalone product that run on Eclipse Platform by removing unneccessary features in eclipse. if u can help me in this problem.
I could not find a resource to solve on this problem on internet.
