JDT UI was not aware of the new JDT Core default preferences. We adapted
the code and the map file.
Ready for rebuild.
Please note that org.eclipse.jdt.launching.macosx also contributes a fix
for a P1 bug.
The reason for the delay were caused by the fact that PDE JUnit no longer
worked with the newest drop (see separate message).
