ok, I see. I assume that this isn't intentional though (shouldn't key
bindings named "default" be active by default?).

I found that the workbench key binding setting was empty. By setting it to
default (in the preference page), all is well.

I'd advise not downloading the integration build as it stands because
accelerators do not work on any platform. I've logged
