[eclipse-dev] Too many warnings issued during releng builds

Checking the compiler logs of last integration build, we realized that our
Ant adapter warning level is a little to low.
We should not report unused locals or arguments, which are causing
unnecessary pollution.

We will fix this, and issue a patch for next releng build.
