[eclipse-dev] M3 Candidate build (a.k.a I20021113)

As noted earlier the first build attempt of M3 candidate failed.  The map file has been updated and a rebuild has started.  Mail will be sent when the build is complete.

This build must complete and have all automated tests pass. Then the teams need to determine if this build is suitable for entering a test pass on Thursday.
