[eclipse-dev] poolman.xml

In an other life, i used to work with poolman and jbuilder.
Now, i tried to work with eclipse, but i get one problem :
despite my efforts, i don't succeed to use poolman because i get
this error :"** ERROR: Unable to find XML file poolman.xml:
java.lang.NullPointerException".
but this file is in the same directory than the web.xml file, as necessary.
(poolman.xml is the file describing data base connections)

I already tried to change the classpath or the place of poolman.xml, but i
always got the same error.

I work with tomcat 4.0.4, eclipse 2.0  and j2sdk1.4.0.
