No there is not.

Eclipse incorporates various plugins depending on which flavour of Eclipse you are building.  Platform vs. SDK vs. JDT.  If you use the fetch based source build it will check out the required elements.  That is the intent of the scripts.

There is a build target that will just do the fetch.  I believe it is referenced in the doc.

Understood.  Is there a CVS module that corresponds to everything that
is connectoed with the Eclipse project?
