[eclipse-dev] F3 Candidate 2 build underway

OK,

So I have just started an F3 Candidate 2 build.  The initial build should be done and posted on the internal mirror in 30 minutes.  The automated tests and the posting to eclipse.org and the update site should be done around 19:30

I will post when at each stage of the game.

The following is the list of fixes that went into this build (when compared to the 8:30 am build).  Unfortunately, if you have fixes in you must sanity test this build so that we can declare it good for Test Pass 3.
