[eclipse-dev] Log monitor for testing

I noticed that I was getting errors in my log file without being notified so I wrote this dumb little plugin that alerts me whenever the log is written to.  Feel free to use it.

Install the plugin as usual and then open the view Other -> Log Monitor

You can turn the beep on or off in the view toolbar and you get the contents of the logging callback in the text widget.
