In absence of objections, EclEmma 3.0.1 has been released and contributed to Oxygen.2 RC1.

In absence of other changes and objections, I would like to promote this milestone as our 3.0.1 release next week and make it as our contribution to Oxygen.2 mainly because of the changes for the last two bugs. Mickael, Lars, am I right that we can do this? And that this just requires commit to "Oxygen_update" branch of SimRel?
