Hi Mat,

I would like to do an ECF release (3.14.7) sometime relatively soon...to 
get those gerrit patches in place (have you approved those?) and to get 
a new version of karaf-features.xml...I think those are the only changes 
to this point.

Would sometime next week (3rd) work for you?   If so I'll create a 
release for day you say.
