To avoid getting the build error emails :).  And...it might as well be 
doing something.

Seriously:  there are are build projects on the old builder that are not 
yet available as part of the tycho build.   That's not true of the 
entire SDK, obviously, if others are going to run it would be nice to 
keep the SDK all-in-one building properly.
