I will also find a way to include it in the build so that it gets updated. [1]

Hi Tim,

ECF 3.9.2 is going to be released on Nov 22 (week from today)... and as I'm going to be busy doing the 3.9.2 releng and satisfying other commitments, I'm going to need to wait until after Mon 22 to run the maven repo creation job.   At that point I would suggest using 3.9.2 rather than 3.9.1.
