[ecf-dev] Interims builds for OSGi RS/RSA RFC1.1 spec work

Hi,

Jenkins now also builds [1] the rfc1.1 branch [2] that contains the work
[3] to update ECF's RS/RSA impl to be compliant with OSGi spec 1.1.

Btw. we can feed the build output [4] to the CT later.
