[ecf-dev] New tutorial: Creating your first OSGi Remote Service

Hi Folks,

I've created a short tutorial in the ECF wiki that (for now) I'm 
calling:  Creating your first OSGi Remote Service [1].

It's mostly done, but I would appreciate some review and comments from 
anyone interested.  This is the first (very introductory) tutorial in a 
series that I'm planning on doing...e.g:

Using Asynchronous Proxies with OSGi Remote Services
Creating your second OSGi Remote Service
OSGi Remote Services Discovery
Configuring Distribution and Discovery Providers for OSGi Remote Services
Building a Custom REST Provider for OSGi Remote Services

Not necessarily in that order...those are just the ones that I've 
identified so far.  If you have other suggestions/ideas for desired 
tutorials on ECF, please make them known.
